  • Novango provides travel services, including visa assistance, tour packages, and related services.
  • By using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
  1. Booking & Payment
  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Prices are listed in Kazakhstani tenge (KZT) and may be subject to change.
  • Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm a booking. Payment can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods.
  • Any applicable service charges, government taxes, or additional fees will be specified at the time of booking.
  1. Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Visa Services: Fees for visa processing are non-refundable, even if the application is rejected.
  • Tour Packages: Cancellations made 7 days before departure – Full refund minus service fees.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure – No refund.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
  1. Visa Assistance Disclaimer

Novango acts as a facilitator for visa applications. We do not guarantee visa approvals, as this is at the discretion of the respective embassy or immigration authorities.

We are not responsible for delays or rejections caused by incorrect documentation or government policies.

  1. Travel Requirements & Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet all travel requirements, including valid passports, visas, and vaccinations.

We are not liable for any travel disruptions, such as flight cancellations, lost baggage, or denied boarding.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Novango is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental losses due to travel delays, missed flights, or service provider failures.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service booked through us.

  1. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable steps to secure your data but cannot guarantee complete security against unauthorized access.

  1. Force Majeure

We are not liable for service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to the following:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions
  • Airline strikes
  • Political instability
  1. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of Kazakhstan.

Disputes will be resolved through negotiation; if unsuccessful, they will be referred to a court in Astana, Kazakhstan.
